Reservation Deposit

Please note that a reservation constitutes a firm commitment from both parties. After submitting the online registration, you will receive an email confirmation with all further information from us. We kindly ask you to transfer the required deposit of €1000 promptly upon receiving the registration to our account. The remaining balance must be transferred no later than 30 days before the start of the retreat.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, things often don’t go as planned. In case of cancellations, we retain the deposit of €1000. Private or professional emergencies, flight cancellations, etc., cannot be considered. In these cases, no refunds will be issued, and the participant is liable – we recommend travel insurance.A complete cancellation is only possible if your spot can be filled by someone else.

If this is not possible, the following applies:

Your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your trip 2 months before Retreat Start, you will receive a full refund (excluding the deposit of €1000). If you withdraw your retreat confirmation 30 days before the Retreat you will receive a 50% refund of the full amount (excluding the deposit of €1000). Two weeks before the start of the retreat, no cancellation or refund is possible.
